These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FindOnline ("we," "us," or "our"), the AI-powered conversation discovery and engagement platform available at findonline.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FindOnline, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
FindOnline is an AI-powered platform that helps users discover relevant online conversations on Reddit and other platforms, draft contextual replies, and optionally post those replies. The service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed for AI analysis, content generation, and posting activities.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use FindOnline.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account via Google or GitHub OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@findonline.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Credits & Payment
- FindOnline uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as website analysis, conversation discovery, reply generation, and auto-posting.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases where the service materially fails to deliver the promised functionality.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing credit balances will not be affected by pricing changes.
- Free tier accounts are subject to usage limitations, which may change at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
When using FindOnline, you agree not to:
- Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content through the platform.
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or communities.
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any other third-party platform rules.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent platform rate limits or credit systems through automated means.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FindOnline.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated replies are suggestions. You are encouraged to review and edit all drafts before posting.
- You are solely responsible for any content posted through FindOnline, whether AI-generated or manually written.
- FindOnline does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from content posted through the platform, including but not limited to account bans, community removals, or reputational harm.
7. Reddit & Third-Party Platforms
FindOnline interacts with Reddit and potentially other third-party platforms on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You must comply with the terms of service and content policies of all third-party platforms you engage with through FindOnline.
- FindOnline is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including bans, suspensions, or content removals.
- Auto-posting features are provided at your own risk. You understand that automated posting may carry a higher risk of platform enforcement actions.
- FindOnline uses managed bot accounts for auto-posting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this feature.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all content you create or submit through FindOnline, including product descriptions and customized replies.
- By using the service, you grant FindOnline a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to deliver the service.
- The FindOnline platform, brand, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
FindOnline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@findonline.ai.
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited unless termination was caused by our material breach.
- Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FindOnline shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of FindOnline after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
