When you sign up via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile avatar. We do not receive or store your OAuth provider password.

Product Data

You provide website URLs and product descriptions so our AI can analyze your product and find relevant conversations. This data is stored in your account and used solely to deliver the service.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the platform, including campaigns you create, keywords generated, conversations discovered, replies drafted, and posting activity. This data helps us provide and improve the service.

Payment & Credit Data

We track your credit balance and transaction history (credit purchases, usage, and deductions). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details.

Cookies & Session Data

We use session cookies to keep you authenticated. See Section 6 for details on our cookie usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service: Analyze your website, discover relevant Reddit conversations, generate AI-drafted replies, and facilitate posting.
• Manage your account: Authenticate you, track your credit balance, and process transactions.
• Improve the service: Understand usage patterns to build better features and improve AI quality.
• Communicate with you: Send account-related notifications, service updates, and respond to support inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to operate FindOnline:

• Google & GitHub OAuth: Used for account authentication. We receive only the profile information you authorize.
• Reddit API: Used to discover conversations and facilitate reply posting on your behalf.
• AI/LLM Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): Used to analyze your product, generate search queries, and draft replies. Your product data and conversation context may be sent to these providers for processing.
• Vercel: Hosts the web application.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Provides database and infrastructure services.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them independently.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS in the US-East-1 region, with encryption at rest enabled. Authentication tokens use JWT with RS256 encryption.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication flows, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Update your account information at any time through your dashboard settings.
• Export your data in a portable format upon request.
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@findonline.ai.

We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

FindOnline uses only essential session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

If you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to use FindOnline as authentication requires session cookies.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Discovered conversations: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Agent threads: Retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Credit transaction history: Retained for the lifetime of your account for billing records.

8. Children's Privacy

FindOnline is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of FindOnline after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
